We're hiring for a full-time on-site role as a Plant Head at Shram Engineering Works, located in Faridabad. The Plant Head will oversee plant operations, production planning, quality control, budgeting, and production management on a day-to-day basis for auto components.
Qualifications - (Bold Font : Must-Haves)
- Well versed with MACE Activity for Tier-2 suppliers - reqd. experience letter from previous companies.
- Well versed with IATF Activity for Tier-2 suppliers - reqd. experience letter from previous companies.
- Plant Operations and Production Management Skills - Stamping, Tool Dev, Machining, Welding, Packing
- Production Planning and Quality Control Abilities
- Ability to deal with Production, Supply Chain & Quality Department at customer's end
- Good at sourcing of day-2-day BOP, Consumables, etc. for smooth manufacturing operations
- Skilled in handling abnormal situations at vendor or customer end as well as own unit
- Fast at grasping any/all communications ranging from Top Management to Workers
- Quick-witted in cost saving and customer handling
- Knowledge of NPD, IPC is must
- Outstanding english communication skills required
- Excellent email communication skills required along with quick response time
Relevant skills and qualifications include experience in the automotive industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
